Return and Refund Policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise due to our 30-day return policy. Your kitchen appliance must be unused, with tags still attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you purchased it to be eligible for a return. A receipt or other form of proof of purchase is also essential.
RETURN PROCESS
Please contact us by email to start a return. If we accept your return, we will email you a return label and instructions on how to return your purchase. Unrequested returns of items will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INACCURATE PRODUCTS OR PROBLEMS
So that we can investigate and rectify the problem, please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is broken, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. If you wish to return your merchandise, please contact us by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your returned merchandise may vary.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are broken, damaged, wrong product or wrong size. Please contact us by email at the address listed on our store’s website if you need to exchange something.
RESTOCKING FEES
There is no restocking fee on returns.
14-day withdrawal period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As before, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and evaluated your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the original payment method will be promptly refunded.
